I was out when the courier arrived.
He left a card to say it was behind the gate in the back garden.
That gate was locked so he had thrown it over.
I had an email from you to say that my parcel had arrived and that I had signed for it which was a lie
I rang your office yesterday and the young lady said that there was nothing she could do about it
I did not get a sorry from her.
