of the 5 parcels that I have had delivered by ipost, not a single parcel has reached its destination, they have always had a missed delivery, despite working at a facility that has 24hr security. Parcels are always then returned to depot, with then no contact made to say that you couldn't find the address, only when we chase you (after waiting 30mins on the telephone in a queue). do we have to go to the depot to collect...
Worst ever delivery service. I have asked everyone that I know and use to avoid you at all costs...an absolute joke of a courier
