I was impressed to receive a text message on the morning of delivery to confirm a one hour time slot. As I would not be at home, I asked my neighbour to keep an eye out for the delivery. The driver arrived later than the allotted time and my neighbour tells me that she saw him taping up my parcel as it had come open. Upon collection, I could see for myself that the cardboard packaging was wet in places and the parcel appeared to be loosely wrapped. Luckily the contents were packed in plastic and were undamaged.
