Half of my order was not picked up to deliver on the Saturday, meaning I had to take time off work to stay in on the following Tuesday to receive the order. One of my boxes was completely open at the corner and the driver was carrying several boxes slung under his arm, which probably didn't help.
I would like a refund of at least the botched delivery, as I had deliberately selected a Saturday delivery to avoid that problem.
