On the 19th using Car Part Courier I booked a pickup of a bonnet from Car Transplants. Although I paid Car Part Courier for this order it was picked up by iPost parcels.
On the same date I ordered a pickup from Car Transplants of a headlight unit using iPost parcels.
Both items were delivered on Tuesday. When I opened both parcels the headlight fixing lug had been broken and two corners of the bonnet had been bent.
Both parcels had been wrapped using lots of bubble wrap and stiff cardboard.
As I had seen pictures of both items taken before pickup I know the damage had occurred during delivery.
All parcels should be handled carefully. There is no excuse for handling parcels badly. It does not matter what the parcel contains, all parcels must be handled with the utmost care. I can no longer trust iPost or Car Part Courier to deliver my purchases.
