Awful..nearly 10 days on and I'm still waiting for parcel to be collected for 1st BIRTHDAY presents in France ...I'm here presents aren't..
Contacted them by phone today and dispite taking payment 2 weeks ago I'm not even on a collection list apparently..my daughter-in-law spent the whole day they were supposed to collect indoors,dispite it being her only day off work that week..what a waste off time
