I entrusted 4 parcels through ipostparcels on the 24 of September 2014 I though every thing went fine until I had a phone call from the man I was sending 3 parcels to in Glasgow only 2 were delivered so I tried to contact ipostparcels found no numbers so I reported on the only way I could was the website so I did over 40times throughout the week but no replies so I phoned ukmail told tuff nothing to do with us didn't want to know so don't use, then another one of my parcels turned up 4days late, but a month on still not contact from them on no parcel to Glasgow its made me ill with worry the man whos goods were sent wants reimbursing for the time and goods I don't have can some one help me to get the money back from ipostparcels what a joke I paid extra for the insurance how do I claim from a company I can't contact.
