Bad service all round.
they don't pick up on time.
they don't send any paper work with the drive to collect the parcel it was just luck that my parcel got collected at all as the driver was just meant to deliver a parcel to me NOT collect any
they don't reply to any enquires made.
they close enquires with out giving you the answer to your enquire.
they please there self when they won't to pick up the parcel and tell you the wrong day that the parcel will be picked up.
there is no customer service with this company.
I will never use ipostparcels again
