The driver dragged my cardboard box into the office, across the stone floor. Not the greatest entrance when I knew high value of the contents. I thought they had trollies for heavy items?
The cardboard box also looked like it had been through the wars, fortunately the items inside were ok.
The experience annoyed me enough to recommend the seller uses a different delivery service in the future.
The only reason I have not selected 'Very Poor' is because the parcel arrived on the estimated date.
