Absolutely terrible. Used this company to arrange a Morning collection (which costs extra) for a customer. Driver didnt attempt to collect until mid afternoon. Upon contacting ipost (which is email only) all i got was "Generic sorry copy and paste text, we will refund you; we dont really care that we have had a negative affect on your business or your customers, cheers"
Do not use!
