Paid extra for my £440 package to be collected between 8am & 1pm - package was collected at 3pm????
Paid for Saturday delivery as this was a matter of emergency, received an automated message saying the package was basically still on the drivers van and that it wont be delivered until monday!!!
Now i have an upset customer and a £440 package floating around UKFail somewhere!
All the positive reviews on here are fake, this is the real UKMail (Post Parcels)
