NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL
PARCELS UNCOLLECTED - this has happened three times now (why oh why did I use them again?!). The latest uncollected parcels have been waiting four days.
LOST PARCELS - good luck claiming the money back!
So dreadful. Never again.
