Absolutely abysmal service. Don't collect parcels on specified date meaning the term 'Next Day Delivery' is a completely load of bollocks.
Their 'customer service' (and I use that term in the loosest possible fashion) is really quite astoundingly bad. They don't even have a phone number for you to call them on.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, SERIOUSLY.
