I had a parcel which i paid for next day delivery, yet it was picked up 3 days late. When i tried tracking it the online tracker did not work. Ebay needed to track the parcel too and that was impossible.
Near to non existent customer support. If you are not going to have telephone support which should be a minimum, at least empty your email box so you can receive emails.
In addition to the exceptionally poor customer support their web site was buggy.
I would not use them again and have advised my associates to do likewise.
They should be renamed CROSSYOURFINGERSDELIVERIES.com
