No collection twice, consignment number does not exist apparently. No phone support, email support within 24 hours (too late).
Phone support is possible through 'valid' consignment number but DHL lady told me they were DHL business and to go away.
I paid through paypal, so I am doing the same, let someone else deal with it.
Should be out of business soon as no one will use this service.
