on two occasions I have been told that parcels have been delivered when they had not.
No note and no explanation.

Sent an email Received an acknowledgement that case was opened and then 3 minutes later another e mail saying the case was closed.

LONG WAY TO GO BEFORE THEY CAN BE TRUSTED
