Despite requesting online delayed delivery until Monday of next week, the first item was delivered as per the original schedule. Then 2 further parcels delivered whilst we were away. All 3 parcels left outside. Luckily, they were still there when we arrived home today.
Frankly, I think your company is irresponsible and I would certainly not recommend ipost parcels to anyone.
