My parcel (a 10kg box) never arrived at its destination and ipostparcel has no clue where it is. They didn't even realise it was lost until I contacted them. Despite numerous emails I have yet to see any compensation 5 months later. This was the third time I used them and definitely the last. Incredibly poor customer service and not even a phone number to contact them on, only emails which you have to follow up on time after time to get a reply that usually doesn't answer your questions.
How does a company whose only job it is to look after parcels manage to lose a 10kg box?!
