I would have said excellent service for this delivery as to get a 1 hour slot is brilliant.
However - my parcel had clearly been opened - even the wrapping paper inside the box had been taken off.
The person looking inside clearly didn't want what was inside.
We missed the delivery driver by a couple of minutes as we saw him drive away so it definitely hadn't been opened by anyone else.
Can you explain?
I will also get in touch with the vendor.
