International parcel was supposed to be picked up on 10/12/14, even had email in the morning giving a 1 hour time slot but it was a no show. Had similar emails the following 2 days but both no shows. The company ignores emails and when I telephoned them they said I needed to phone another number which, surprise, surprise was not answered.
Stay away from this company, they steal your money and don't bother trying to put things right.
