Took me an age to work out why my parcel was delayed, finally found out they managed to smash 12 bottles with the value of £480, non-compensation item as its glass. 10% refund in delivery cost only.
No phone number as that makes it too easy to contact them. Have to use the chat and they spill all the usual dribble about can't return the package due to health and safety issues etc etc. Please avoid if you are a small business, nightmare. I would recommend APC overnight if your looking for a courier.
