Parcel was sent to me on the 10/12/14 for next day delivery. Tracked it online but it got stuck at sortation facility. Sender chased you on 15/12/14 and was finally delivered yesterday 16/12/14-not exactly next day service nor was an explanation offered.
Parcel still in good condition but just took time in getting to me.
