Yesterday I have received a text saying that my parcel will be delivered between 11.45-12.45, so I got home 11.40 just to found out I was carded as the courier turned up at 11.17.
Tried to call the driver yesterday and today, but won't return the call.
Today I have received email saying my parcel was delivered yesterday and asking for feedback?! Still waiting for my parcel to be delivered!
