Their is a big problem, my seven international parcels are lost which I have dropped myself to their Trafford depot, I have contacted them several time but they do not bother to reply. This is part of UK mail but if you will contact UK mail they said they do not know anything about them and ipost parcel can only be contacted by via which they do not reply.
Since last week tracking of the parcels are showing collected but now no information is available on tracking.
