I was sent a collection time, but no one arrived to collect. I had already paid on line. Everything is done on line there's no contact no phone number to call. I've sent emails to enquire when my parcel will be collected but I've recieved no replies. Wish I had of read reviews before hand I would of used a more reliable company....DO NOT USE
