I was out when the delivery was made; the weather was awful, absolutely pouring with rain and the driver left it outside the door. Luckily my neighbour realised and retrieved it for me but it was sodden, the box falling apart and the contents sodden too - if only your driver had thought to knock on the neighbour's door and ask them to take it for me (like the another delivery driver did the following day! Very poor
