Absolutely awful service.. Not sure where the faults lies whether it's with Ipost or UKMail, each one blames the other but same parcel not collected twice, despite email and texts giving a time, me leaving notes on my door, telling them where the parcel was whilst I'm at work, apparently they came to my house twice!? No other communication from them, no reason why it wasn't collected, no card left and no phone call despite them wanting a contact number. So four phone calls from me and it's 3rd time lucky, but it's doubtful anything will happen in time for my family to receive their Xmas presents in spite of me giving plenty of time. Do not use this company!
