Booked a collection online from an eBay seller to be delivered to me. Followed the tracking and it said it had been collected on the selected date. Next day, waited in all day for delivery, which never arrived. Contact the company and they say the parcel was never collected. So not only are they inept, their tracking system also lies to you.
So now my parcel is at the other end of the country until after Xmas, great job guys.
