Tried to book a parcel send throu the website, although PayPal accepted the charge and charged me the website reported an error and to get in touch. Tried that and waited about 6 hours (3 past their average time). Phoned the local depot, nothing, emailed the address on the PayPal receipt got an automated response, phoned the number on the receipt and was basically told to get lost on the phone after being hung up on twice and supposedly put through to someone to then be told that you can't talk to anyone from this company. Absolutely dreadful customer service.
