The package was delivered on-time but the package was open. It was delivered the wrong way up although clearly marked on the box to only handle one way with handle sections within the box construction.
Unless done deliberately then I presume the package was held by the bottom flap and consequently the flap came open although secured with large industrial staples - meaning the bike frame was open to view. Not a great way to receive such an expensive piece of kit !
I complained to the driver and made a note of this on his hand held device.
