Item was delivered while I was out, and signed for someone else. No idea where they live or who they are (especially as only the last name was left, no first name/house number or anything), and nothing was left by the driver to even indicate they had been.
Upon contacting customer service, my call was set as closed 20 mins later after receiving no help or any kind of contact. I then filed a complaint, and have heard nothing back.
My opinion so far? Abysmal, not going to lie.
