I have had lots of experience with sending and receiving parcels via post and after watching a documentary on parcel delivery recently I didn't believe items could end up in such a state .
I took delivery of a plastic tube yesterday and the item was Bent , opened and parts missing . The delivery man was rude and ignorant and obviously didn't want to be at my door .

I have plenty of photographs should anyone wish to take interest and see them .
