collected my item and they lost it.
then they denied collecting it and changed the on-line tracker from "collected" to awaiting collection.
They will not respond, they do not care. i am now £200 out of pocket, how can you lose a door?????? its not small. liars and thieves, there's no way of contacting them, none ever answers the phone, Im seeking legal advice, this has been going on since 18th December.
Do not use this company, search online it has happened to many people.
