Fly by night cowboys. Lost our paperwork on the way. Delayed shipment. Never got the invoice and gave us the wrong airwaybill.
The flawed booking system that did not allow us to put the full value of the shipment should have alerted us. We might have saved a couple of GBP. in shipping but lost countless amounts of time pursuing them when our packages did not leave the country in time. They claim they are part of DHL - they put the DHL name to shame.
