Booked a collection 4 days in advance and paid extra so that the parcel is collected before 13:00 on a Thursday for next day delivery.
On the day I was sent text messages and emails confirming the collection time and ... but not only they did not show up before 1:00 PM they didn't collect the package on the day and showed up next day!
I needed the parcel for the weekend but it was delivered on Monday after.
Is this a good service? I don't think so.
