The iPost Parcels website did not function correctly when I used it. Entering the consignment number and post code didn't reveal any information on my delivery. The webpage just reloaded with no error message or anything. Frustrating.
I was able to get some details later, but that was it, there were no useful details available. Just a simple 'Delayed' entered in the notes. I had no clue as to when my parcel was expected.
The driver was late as per the automated SMS I received to advise me of the delivery time too.
