I received an email stating that my parcel would be delivered between 10.45 and 11.45am on the 14th January. There was an option to change the delivery date, so I changed it to the 15th. I got a confirmation email to say the parcel would be delivered between 10.45 and 11.45am on the 15th, for the parcel to then turn up at 5.30pm on the 14th, in a battered state, with part of the contents hanging out the bottom of the ripped cardboard box. It's just a good job I was in, as I would have been fuming to have stayed off work this morning, expecting the parcel to be delivered within the stated one hour gap, for it to arrive 6 hours later. And it's a good job nothing was damaged too.
At least the parcel arrived, which is more than I can say for Yodel's delivery service.
