Agree with the comment that this is one of the worst businesses I have interacted with.
Message at 9am this morning: "Your DHL Parcel driver will collect your parcel today. The driver is expected to be with you between 23:10 - 00:10." *midnight, really!?*
Then a message at 4.36pm this afternoon: "Our DHL Parcel driver attempted to collect your parcel at 16:36 today, but unfortunately you were away."
Is this business a scam? Serious question.
