I am a business and this is the worst customer service I have ever received. The parcel is a week late and nobody in the call centre can get answers from the depot. I cannot speak to a supervisor, manager or call the depot. The retailer also cannot do anything about it until ukmail admit it is lost..... so I paid for next-day delivery and dont have any idea when I will get it, and nobody is calling back or can give answers if I call them... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
