The communication was excellent, with an email sent to me in the morning to give me a one-hour time slot, which was accurate. The delivery driver was very polite and helpful, bringing my parcel into the house for me as it was very heavy.
However, the item was very slightly damaged, and had been packaged by the sender very well so the damage must have occurred whilst the package was in the possession of the courier, which was disappointing.
