You failed to collect the parcel 3 days in a row.
You haven't answered any of the five messages I've sent you, and we had to resort to dropping the parcel off at your depot in Kent, even though a collection was paid for. The person at the depot didn't have a clue what was going on either. Absolutely dreadful service and I'll never use the company again.
