Don't use this company. You can't phone them when they loose your parcel, and 2 months later they are still ignoring my emails.
When I contacted paypal to reclaim the £40 I paid ipost for non-delivery they responded!
Guess what they said? They has no record of me contacting them!?
If you want to be insulted and have to refund somebody you've sold something to, choose ipost.
