Parcel was delivered to the wrong address signed for by someone using my name (therefore must have either been written down incorrectly by the driver or disclosed to the person at the wrong address by the driver) and no response to my enquiry regarding where it was. I had to do my own investigation to find it myself.
Disgusting ! Seller was informed too!
