Lousy service!!!!!!!
Booked an international delivery last week. Was meant to be collected next day but nothing happened. Contacted help desk via Facebook and was told an error has occurred and I would be refunded in full and to rebook. Received refund and rebooked for collection today. Still not collected and again they apologised and told I'd receive a refund. Will wait and find another courier who is reliable. Won't be using again
