Dear Ipost Parcels,
Regarding the above consignment number, I have on numerous occasions emailed you for status report on deliver of my parcel, these emails are constantly being ignored.
This parcel was initially to be delivered on the 5th February 2015, for some reason the driver could not find the address even though I have sent Christmas cards and Birthday cards with no problems, the delivery was re-scheduled for the 11th February 2015, but has yet failed to turn up at its destination .
You requested from me more information to assist in the delivery of this item, to which I supplied almost immediately, by the time you get this letter it will be two weeks since I sent a parcel with Ipost that was scheduled for a 48 hour delivery time.
I formally request a full investigation into this totally unacceptable service and also formally request that the said parcel is either delivered to its destination or retrieved and sent back to my UK address as above.
I have also tried contacting UKMail, your sister company but they are also as unhelpful as you are.
