Awful service. We were in waiting for the parcel. Driver didn't even bother to knock at door. An hour after parcel should have been delivered I decided to check the status online to be informed that it had been delivered and left in our porch. We don't even have a porch! My husband decided to check outside and found it dumped on our garden path in full view of the busy street. It was raining and the parcel was consequently wet and muddy. Seriously unimpressed
