Paid for next day delivery. You then failed to deliver the parcel to correct depot which meant it was now going to be delivered the following day despite the depots being 10 miles apart. Your a delivery company who can't even deliver to your own addresses. I was not informed about this, I found out by tracking my parcel myself which gave the vague description of 'delayed'. After phoning and speaking to someone who had the very relaxed view of 'oh well you will get it tomorrow mate' he suggested I contact the seller for a refund. However they tell me you don't refund for your cock ups due to insurances etc. They offered to compensate me but I declined. Why should they lose money to compensate me when it was you who are useless. I would never use you for my services and I hope others wise up too. Shambles!
