Very poor service.
Parcel was collected from the seller a day late, then arrived to us another 3 days late! When nothing arrived within the 72 hours, we tried to chase it up and were told that the parcel had "reached it's destination", so presumed it had gone to the wrong place, but got no other information than that, terrible customer service!
The parcel arrived very dirty, as by that time it had been sitting in the back of a van for 10 days.
