I was advised that I would be contacted on the morning of the delivery & given a one hour time slot, this did not happen.
On delivery, my bell push was activated, but before I reached the door the parcel had been left on the step & the driver gone. The parcel was clearly marked to "leave in shed".
A thumbs down I'm afraid.
