It's a shame I have to give this even one star, to be honest. Parcel not delivered when they said it would be, and having waited in for it, Management didn't even have the decency to call me back to talk to me. My driver apparently went home early. Well….. it was Friday after all…. I managed to Facebook message the CEO, who said he'd get it delivered. He did, that eve at 10.30pm, which was fab, until I learned that it would be the person in charge of the round that would have to bear the brunt of the cost equivalent to a Mortgage on a semi in Colchester. Fix your problems, UKMail. I won't buy again from a company that uses you to deliver goods.
